Unique design
Even for designs that are not based on basic elements, the possibilities are endless. We have extensive experience in unusual façade concepts, trusses, roof pitches, curves... in other words, “from igloos to pyramids”. Examples include the tropical greenhouse for the Flora Cologne Botanical Garden and the greenhouse for plant research at Campus Riedberg, University of Frankfurt.

Arched Glasshouse
Elegant and rounded: Highlight
More and more clients are looking for a distinctive and unique look. To meet this demand, we developed the modular Highlight system with elegant, curved truss elements. This allows us to create endless variations, resulting in a unique shape every time. The system is based on a roof size of 9.60 metres, but can be extended to very large column-free spans.
Examples include the botanical greenhouse for Uberlingen, “The Glasshouse” at RHS Wisley and Bayan Botanic Garden.
Venlo Plus
Affordable and unique
We developed the Venlo Plus specifically as an affordable yet unique alternative to the Breedkap and Highlight. The system and technology are a refinement of the Venlo greenhouse, as we know it from horticulture. This type of greenhouse is the most commonly built worldwide and is known for its efficiency, convenience and reliability. We made this type suitable for a wide range of public functions.
Examples include the butterfly greenhouse with propagation areas for Adventure Zoo Wildlands and the plant propagation greenhouse for Inverewe Botanical Garden in Ireland
Wide SPAN
Proven reliable and durable modular system
You can recognise the wide roof construction by its large spans. The wide roof is a proven reliable and durable modular system, with the straight roof shape referring to greenhouse construction. The association is quickly made with green, light and air. However, we also use this construction in the healthcare sector and as exhibition space.
A recent example is the botanical greenhouse and accompanying greenhouses (3,126 m2) for the famous botanical garden in Gothenburg.
Distinctive and functional design
The effect of different materials
Form is one of the aspects we use to achieve the desired look of a greenhouse. Other aspects include variations in sun protection, sandwich panels, roof tiles, (powder) coatings, types of glass and the degree of reflection. These have a huge impact on the greenhouse’s appearance.
A fine example of this is Jardin d'Hiverre, built for Bomencentrum Nederland.
